What is the shipping cost for the Gripster?
We offer free shipping on all orders.
Which shipment method is used to send the Gripster?
We use USPS to deliver the Gripster across the United States.
What are the shipping times?
- To the US, UK, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand and Australia: 4 to 7 days.
- Other countries : 8 to 12 days.
Handling Time: We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, but please allow up to 3 business days during peak periods.
Order cut-off time will be 05:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York)
Wrong address disclaimer:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Missing Items in the order:
Due to logistics reasons we sometimes send multiple products of a single order separately, you will receive tracking numbers of all the packages separately in such cases. If you have not received some of the items in your order, you can e-mail us at info@theoriginalgripster.com and we will take care of it for you.
